We request your name, email, voucher details, and concerns so that we can provide you with text you may elect to include in a letter.

We retain your submissions in our database, including your choices in the checkboxes and textboxes we present as well as any customizations you make. We take steps to avoid receiving or collecting your voucher number: if you insert your voucher number into the draft letter in the area where we suggest you place it, your voucher number is never sent to our servers and never stored by us.

We may analyze users' submission in aggregate form, e.g. to identify patterns in consumers' concerns. We may share or publish the results of such analysis. However, we will not distribute your individual submission to anyone.

We may contact you to seek clarification on your experience, or to offer to put you in touch with others with similar or related concerns.

We use appropriate security methods, consistent with the methods we apply to our other sensitive information, to protect your submissions from access by others.

Your Letter Is Your Own

The text we provide is solely for your consideration. You should read it carefully, revise it as appropriate, and send it only if it truly captures your views. As a condition of using our tool, you agree to conduct your own independent examination of any laws we bring to your attention.

We claim no copyright in the resulting letters; individual users who use our tool are free to use the resulting text however they see fit. If you'd like to use our text or research in some other way, please let us know what you envision, and we can discuss the details.
